Sunnyside Strength and Movement was established with the goal of helping busy parents and working professionals in Western Queens reclaim their health and their bodies through strength training.
I have a background in competitive breakdancing, gymnastics, and martial arts, all of which I leverage in my work. I design programs that are not only accessible, but also playfully challenging to ensure my clients’ continued interest in fitness.
Sessions with me are highly accessible and affordable. Reach out if you’d like to book a private session, or look into my weekly small group classes.
Small Group Class
Reserve a spot for one of our small group lifting classes. Our focus is on improving functional strength and mobility through the use of kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight exercises.
All classes are beginner-friendly, with an emphasis on safe and proper technique before progressive loading.
Classes will be held at Kings Combat Sunnyside,
