Play For Life

‘Play For Life’ is a 45-minute group fitness class for people who still want to move like athletes and build injury resilience. Designed specifically for busy adults, it combines bodyweight strength, plyometric power training, and agility drills to rebuild the quickness, coordination, and explosive energy that make sports feel fun again.

Classes will meet on Saturday mornings at Sunnyside Gardens Park from 10am to 10:45am on the field or on the blacktop, weather permitting. $30 per participant. Please email eddie@sunnysidestrength.com with any questions.
